150 g Prairie Hard Red flour
150 g Red Fife flour
90 g sugar
85 g brown sugar
85 g molasses
175 g unsalted butter, melted
2 eggs
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon clove
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon ginger
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda

Combine both flours, salt, clove, cinnamon, ginger, baking powder and soda in a bowl and set aside. Mix melted butter and both sugars in a separate bowl until smooth.

Add eggs one at a time and mix until emulsified. Add molasses and mix until combined.

Mix in dry ingredients and mix just until combined.

Let dough chill in the fridge for at least an hour before baking.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
